NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Penitas will conduct a Special Meeting scheduled for 12:00 p.m. on August 3, 2020, located at the Penitas Public Library, 1111 S. Main St., Penitas, TX 78576 by telephone or video conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  There will be no public access to the location described above. 
A recording of the telephone/video meeting will be made, and will be available to the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Act upon written request.
